Free Netflix and complimentary drinks in the afternoon were great perks. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the river and close to all the main attractions. the hotel had a lot of character and charm.

Some of the windows looked directly into offices or classrooms, so we had to keep the curtains closed most of the time. It was a bit of a downer when the fire alarm went off at 5:30 am and the whole building had to be evacuated.

The location was fantastic, with great access to restaurants, shopping, and tram lines. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and spacious. The complimentary wine and mezzanine floor tea/coffee were enjoyable experiences.

Nothing at all.

We loved the spacious two bedroom, two bathroom apartment that was perfect for our family of four. The mezzanine guest lounge was a great bonus, with pool games and a delicious buffet breakfast. The private balcony had stunning views of the beautiful heritage buildings. The convenient location made it easy to explore the city and access public transportation. Highly recommended.

That the housekeeping service could have been a bit better.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say I was impressed. The location was ideal, right in the heart of the city. The room had everything I needed including a kitchenette and washing machine. The bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in and the room was spotless. The staff were also very helpful and accommodating. They even offered free refreshments throughout the day which was a nice added touch.

This hotel would be perfect for families with all the amenities and space provided. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.
